I take one daily which gives me 210mg of magnesium, below the recommended 350mg maximum daily dosage from just supplements. Helps sleep, can be used as laxative (in high dose), safe and natural, much better choice over sleep pills or harsh laxatives. Same brand as our choice of turmeric.
