So, the design seems fine, including all the screws are hidden behind the suface plates - that's nice. However the fit and finish of the items I received left much room for improvement. Many manufacturing scratches, as if they were not polished post milling. If you don't care about appearance, then I'm pretty sure they will work for you. If you care about how they look, then look elsewhere.

Bought this style door stop a couple years ago and loved it. The magnet was very strong and held the door firmly. So it was without hesitation I bought this one figuring it was the same. Unfortunately this was not the case. These First off, these came with five screws to attach with six mounting holes. Not a big deal but still a PITA. The big issue I have is the magnets that hold the door are very weak. I bought these because when the windows are open in the house our pantry and garage doors slam shut. I hope these will prevent that from happening but just feeling how weak the hold is, I'm not holding my breath.Finally the finish is very cheap and hope I don't see them rusting...time will tell

Two sides of this coin, the magnets are very strong but when the door connects its a very loud noise...still love them but something i didnt consider.

They are heavy duty but work so well. I love these so much I got enough for every door in my house.

It works great because it holds the door open, and the door has an arm to keep it closed. I recommend this product.

It's not often I get hardware like this. First, it's very easy to install. The covers quickly unscrew, giving easy access to the screw holes. Once the screws are in it's dead simple to screw the covers back on. Next they're strong! My door has an auto-closer but the magnet has no problems keeping the door open. Lastly they look great when done. Nice lines and proportions. Good metallic satin nickel finish. Nice!
