Literally love straightened my hair very fast makes my hair smooth only thing is the heat starts off at 340 then slowly drops and only goes up to 240

I own the same one in black that I couldn't keep my daughter away from so I ordered in blush. Absolutely fabulous flat iron and leaves hair so shiny! One pass is all you need! I do tend to get mine on C° instead of F° and don't know how up change it back, it changes back some way but that's minimal to the performance! I ordered my first from Lange and they are worth every penny!

Bought this straightener at the end of November. I have naturally curly hair, so I don't even straighten my hair very often. My first L'ange straightener lasted me for years, which is exactly why I decided to buy the same brand again. Unfortunately, the new version is nothing like the old one. The power switch is now digital, and it's incredibly frustrating to use. Half the time I have to sit there pressing the button repeatedly just to get the straightener to turn on, and turning it off is even worse. Most of the time I eventually give up and just unplug it. It worked okay the first few times I used it, but now it won't heat past 230°F, which makes it basically useless for curly hair. For something that's barely a few months old and used only occasionally, that's unacceptable. Very disappointed. I expected much better quality and reliability based on my previous L'ange straightener, but this one has been a complete waste of money.

I’ve genuinely loved this flat iron and had no complaints about performance until I encountered a manufacturer defect where the unit would randomly switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, even during normal use. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the defect itself, but the customer service process that followed. Resolving what should have been a straightforward warranty replacement took nearly a month, multiple follow-up emails, and repeated clarification. The initial solution offered was store credit, which wouldn’t have allowed me to replace the same product, and alternative options weren’t mentioned unless I specifically pushed for them. Even after agreeing to wait for a replacement due to inventory, I had to continue following up to ensure the case didn’t close and that I wouldn’t need to restart the process later. The replacement was eventually approved, but the amount of effort required for a clear manufacturer defect was far more than expected. I still think this is a great flat iron when it works, but the customer service experience made a simple warranty issue unnecessarily time-consuming. I’m sharing this so other customers know what to expect if they ever need support.

Their products have always been great and prices are reasonable. Had my first straightener for 3 years and loved it enough when it crapped out, I bought another!
