Relieves anxiety quickly!
Always make sure your get ashwagandha is -66! It may be a bit pricier than regular ashwagandha, but jam-66 absorbs better and is more concentrated. Whenever I’m feeling anxious, these capsules have me feeling calm in no time. Great quality, easy to swallow, and all natural ingredients. If you are perimenopausal and suffering from anxiety, I highly recommend these.
