I have been using this for 10 days with (chelated iron + vitamin c) tablet and my skin complexion improved a lot. (I'm taking one tablet of this product after lunch with chelated iron+vitamin c one tablet).

Top-notch quality but overpriced. Forms are excellent, though potency could be higher. Choline should be included, and a two-tablet daily formula (AM/PM) would be ideal.
