I’ve been using the Vitamin Energy for a few years and my doctor did give me an okay to use it! I don’t usually take the whole bottle at once but I use it for energy to get through my days! I have recommended it to others! I will continue to use! 👍😊

These Vitamin Energy Shots were really good I am currently about halfway done with them but I have noticed I haven’t gotten tired of them. I love the increase in energy within 10-20 mins of taking and they last about 7 hours, don’t have the intense body reaction, it’s all very subtle, and I never experience the crash that typical energy shots or drinks give. I have the açaí flavor but I was getting a distinct taste like it was a Koolaid Jammer, just a reminded me from when I had them as a child. Usually I would take them in the morning and these replaced my coffee and I would be off and kicking within 10-20 mins and I noticed the great increase of focus and concentration throughout work and it would gradually wind down until I got home which was great. I would definitely recommend these and will be buy them in bulk again.

This is a light pomegranate flavor with a slightly tart after taste. It's actually pretty good chilled and a ton better tasting than many energy / sport drinks / mixes. After reading some other reviews I expected this to have a horrible taste, but it does NOT. This is the 3rd flavor from 'Vitamin Energy' that I tried = Tropical Berry - Mixed Berry - Acai Pomegranate and all have tasted pretty good in the world of energy shots. While I've found this works well for greatly improving my energy for the day I want to mention > > The shot doesn't contain sugar - but is sweetened with Sucralose. That's a neg being as study's have shown Sucralose can lower good bacteria in the gut by half. And is known to increase inflammation in the body. But if your OK with Sucralose (or take probiotics) then this is a good product to try. Gives a good clean boost - without jitters for approx 6-7+ hours - then gently gone = no crash The shot is a lightly pink (almost clear) liquid - as thin as water, naturally flavored but they don't say exactly what. But it tastes pretty good. I DIDN'T notice a vitaminy aftertaste which is surprising considering the ingredients contain 3 Vit B's.
