How to seal meats witg a wet marinade?

I freeze the marinated meat in a cheap bag like a sandwich bag first. Then I slip the cheap bag (opened with the open end at the bottom) into the meliese sealer bag set on gentle and moist. Has worked for me with shrimp stock. Love it!

Sealer too strong, melts bag. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, Thanks for your questions. Please note that we offer 5-year warranty for this vacuum sealer with refund/replacement available if there is any quality issue. Please wait at least 20 seconds for the appliance to cool down before each use. And you can change another vacuum sealer bag to have another try. Please don't hesitate to contact us at: support@mesliese.co for help if you cannot solve your issue. Sincerely, Mesliese TEAM

Why does it start to vacuum after I am just trying to seal one end of the bag? Everyone have this issue?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Rest assured, there's no need to be concerned. When you're only sealing the bag, the indicator light system will automatically switch to "vac&seal," but the machine will not initiate the vacuuming process. Just ensure that the sealing is done correctly, and everything will be fine. Please feel free to contact us at: support@mesliese.co if you have any questions. We will try our best to support. Sincerely, Mesliese Support Team

Does this sealer allow you to create your own bags?

Yes, just seal the end and you have a bag.
