This mouth tape is excellent, but some users mention it may come off easily. To ensure a secure fit, place it properly in your mouth, keep adding a bit of pressure with your hands by holding it in your mouth to ensure it sticks properly for the night, and only then go to bed. I purchased these for my mother, and after advising her on best practices, she uses them regularly. However, it may not be suitable for those with a beard; recommended for use on a clean-shaven face.

Had to use 2x of these per wear to actually make them last the night and sometimes they still fell off! Better mouth tape out there!

These are really good. Got these for my teenage son and he said they have really helped him. We previously brought ones that are shaped like a cross but they fell off really easily so by the morning, he had his mouth open again! These are very firm and don't move at all. Having said that, they still come off easily when you remove them. We'll definitely be buying more!

These are too small for adults. May suit children. Stickiness not good either. Avoid.

TikTOk has been targeting me with mouth taping for a while and I thought I’d give it a try.My snoring has been described as sounding like an asthmatic warthog clinging to life… needless to say as a female in her mid 30s, I was mortified. When these strips arrived my partner was more excited than I was.The first night must have been a fluke, he didn’t hear anything and I woke up mouth tape in tact. The subsequent nights have not been as successful. I’ve been waking myself up snoring with the tape on one lip where my slobbering mouth has moistened the stickyness beyond it’s limits.If you don’t snore like a beast I think these would work like a dream. I on the other hand probably need to make an appointment with a sleep clinic!!!

i use these every night and i think my sleep is improved from it. easy to breath with them and can even wake and have a sip of drink with a straw with them without having to take it off.

One of the better mouth tapes I have used, great value for the price. Does come off through the night sometimes but definitely stays on my face better than others even with abit of stubble.

Lo sto provando da una settimana e mi trovo benissimo. Ottimo prodotto, rimane ben aderente tutta la notte, non da fastidio, non provoca allergia (ed io ho la pelle molto delicata che si irrita con i cerotti) ed è anche carino da vedere. Finalmente non mi sveglio più la notte con la gola secchissima quasi da togliere il respiro.

Produit efficace.. se retire très facilement meillre qualité de sommeil
