Always a dead battery
I’ve used this controller twice. And found, in the middle of my workout, when I needed to remotely turn my fan on, that the battery was dead. Would not recommend!Now I need to remove the battery each time I use it. Not exactly ideal.UPDATE!!!!I was contacted quickly by the seller after my 1 star review. After a few questions and an attempt to get the device operating correctly, they offered to send me another one. This one took some time getting to me. After I tested it for a few days, it seems to be working much better. I updated this to 3 stars which seems fair considering one items worked and one did not.I would say that the customer service probably deserves 5 stars.
