A very early and reliable producer! Each stalk is about five feet tall and bears several 6-7" ears packed with plump yellow kernels. Early Sunglow will be the first sweet corn on your table, sometimes as early as the 4th of July. Corn prefers fertile soil and regular moisture. Make first sowing after last frost date when soil is "Completely Warm", at least 65 degrees F (18 degrees C). For best pollination, which is needed for well-filled ears, plant in blocks of at least four rows. Keep young plants well weeded.
