Which flavor is better?

I only purchased orange, its pleasant.

Is this the same as the Orange Triad pills?

Besides what others already mentioned (addition of Oximega greens, etc), it also has different formulations for some of the vitamins. For example, the pills have MK7 (perhaps the most valuable/beneficial form of vitamin K2) while the powder has Phytomenadione (vitamin K1 that most healthy people get through veggies). My method is to use the powder when I’m at home (with first and last meal of the day) and then the tablets with the meals I eat at work. Perfect for me since transporting and taking the pills is far more convenient than mixing up a drink in a communal work kitchen.
