Definitely has helped - 2 a day (so far) mixed with b12 vitamin & magnesium glycinate for a reduction in migraines 🙌 highly reccomend, easily to swallow (for someone who Hates swallowing pills) & great price. Does turn ur wee bright yellow but dw about that 🙏

Small enough to easily swallow, good value for money, pleasant odour,not been taking long enough to be able to comment on effectiveness, sleep quality yet . However urine does change colour to very yellow however this is normal as it shows the vitamin is being correctly absorbed

Does your "lady garden" smell like fish? Vitamin B2 will probably be the answer
Very good for dealing with an enzyme weakness that makes my urine smell of fish ( not an STD or BV as first thought ). They are the correct strength but very orange and makes my urine a bit yellower than normal. Otherwise my confidence and energy levels are back to normal. Thanks

Excellent headache relief
These are not painkillers, but taken alongside ibuprofen (or similar) help aid recovery and seem to avoid rebound headaches. Maybe I should use these as a preventative?

Vitamin b2 riboflavin
Hi this item is of vitamin b2 riboflavin 100mg is of the ideal size to swallow but with a little water because they are not smooth coated also they are great value money wise

Does the job
I take these to help with chronic migraine and they do the job. However even though I liked that the bottle is narrow so it is easy to store. The vitamins are low down in the bottle and there is nothing to stop them moving around. This caused a lot of dust within the bottle. These vitamins are a bright yellow and it isn't great when the yellow dust gets on things. I transferred them to a different bottle which helped. I haven't had this problem with other brands I have tried.

Seems to work for reducing light sensitivity
Bought these as recommended by nurse for light sensitivity. Freaked out a bit as it turns your urine yellow. Also leaves yellow dust on your fingers so watch out what you touch. Taking two a day spaced out and it does seem to help . Early days yet as have to take it for at least three Months apparently. Value wise, not the cheapest but okay.
