I have Essential Tremors and have been trying to deal with them with medication as I wasn't aware of weighted gloves. These are Great as they stop my tremors especially while drinking & eating which was an issue with my tremors. They are very comfortable to wear & do exactly what I need them to do ... STOP THE TREMORS !

These have helped so very much. My tremors get worse as time goes on. These make a difference.

While the gloves didn’t help me at all, it wasn’t because of anything wrong with the gloves. For someone with a mild tremor, they would probably work. Because my tremors are significant, they weren’t heavy enough to make a difference for me. I believe they are worth a try for a mild tremor.

Wearing for 2 days. Fit is loose and bulky. No noticeable change in essential tremors. Do not recommend.

This is what I needed to calm my hand tremors. They help tremendously. I can actually hold things and eat without my hands tremoring. The only thing I wish is that a small manual was included with the gloves that shows how to put them on and caring for them (washing and drying).They are very comfortable. Make sure you get the pair.Update: I have been using these gloves and worked for a few days. But now I’m noticing it doesn’t work anymore. My hands are still tremoring with or without the gloves. I’m now looking for new ones. Do not buy these!

Purchased these to help my husband with essential tremors. They are perfect! Having the option of changing the weight really helps him with doing different tasks. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about whether this would work but decided for the reasonable price, I would take a chance. My tremors were getting to the point where I was very self conscious eating or drinking in public. So far I have found that it helps steady my hand for eating, drinking tea, writing etc. I'm hoping that it will be ok after washings. The only unfortunate part is that I wear my watch on my left wrist and it won't fit with the weight on. I'll just have to get used to having it on my right wrist. :)

Don't buy it.

Good for hand tumours. Would like it heavier or be able to add more weight. The heavier the more control with steadiness. I wear a 3/4 lb bracelet to help with hand tremor. But if playing cards it can scratch table. Hoping hand glove would be softer on table. But the glove does help.

Especially when used along with the weighted knife, fork and spoon purchased here at the same time, this really helps to tamp down my essential tremor. They don't and probably couldn't eliminate it, but the tremor is noticeably diminished, and I can even have soup without it ending up all over my shirt. 😁😷
