Works wonders
I initially got this eye mask to help with the bags under my eyes and it works wonders! I've worked using these into my daily routine and it's been great for not only my eyes but my stress levels as well. It makes me feel like I'm at a spa.

Nice for hot flashes and headaches.
Value for the price is great because you get two different styles in each order. Easy to use and stays secure with the adjustable Velcro straps in back. Material is soft and the gel is malleable to easily for to your face. The only drawback is I would like the gel to remain colder longer. I would give the time about 15 minutes and I have to freeze it again.

Alright
I got this for relaxation and i threw them in the freezer over night but then once i put one on my face the coldness only lasts about 10-15 mins :/ but the gel inside still is soothing and the fleece on the mask feels nice too especially asjust a sleeping mask just wish it’d stay colder longer but price wise pretty good stuff 8.5/10 :))

Relaxing eye mask!
I keep this eye mask in the freezer and use it when I have a headache or just want to de-stress. This mask is nice because all of the stitching is smooth. I have tried other masks where the stitching and binding are stiff and scratchy which makes them uncomfortable to wear. I did not have that experience with this mask. I let it warm up a little before I put it on because it does get stiff in the freezer, but after about 3 min on the counter I put it on and it molds to my face and the cooling sensation is super relaxing without being so cold its uncomfortable. This is a great choice if you are looking for this kind of product!

Vecro poor design
I so wanted to love this item, but I found the Velcro strap to be troublesome. When I attempted to remove this unit, I my hair was caught/tangled in the Velcro. I struggled to untangle (more like wrestled) my hair and was unsuccessful. After pulling/tearing a good amount of my hair out of my head, I had to cut the rest away. Like I said “I wanted to love this”, so I thought of wearing a stocking cap (to protect my hair) before putting this on. Then I realized that would cause my scalp to sweat, itch, and flatten my hair to my head. The makers of this item might want to invest in a comfortable sliding type plastic buckle, that could be adjusted as the elastic stretches. Because I can not believe that I am the only person who experience this problem.

Be careful which side you apply to your skin
You get two different types of masks with this product: One fully covers your eye area; One has holes allowing you see while the mask is being worn. The masks are unusual compared to other gel masks that I've tried in two respects. First, other masks have one solid gel membrane, while these masks have many (maybe 100?) small gel beads floating freely in some kind of liquid medium inside a single container. Second, other masks have their gel membrane covered by a uniform thin cloth material, while these masks have one insulated side and one exposed side. Offering an insulated side is a superior design decision because it moderates the temperature to a safe level when you prepare the masks in a freezer instead of in a refrigerator.Having a mask with eye holes is, obviously, useful for being able to see when wearing the mask. My eyeglasses fit over the mask without trouble, but my eyeglasses were kept in place by the mask, not my ears, and the mask extended the distance from the lenses to my eyes a bit. In my case, this wasn't an issue, but be fore-warned.What else to mention? How about the straps? I'm not too confident about the durability of the elastic used in the straps; it seems the type of elastic that will easily deform / stretch with use. The straps have a small velcro adjustment area; the velcro coverage is small, but it's probably sufficient for most terrestrial human heads. The product isn't designed with any other strap adjustment option, so if the elastic does stretch you'll need to DIY a solution.

Soothing Relief for Tired Eyes
After a long day of work or spending extended hours in front of screens, my eyes tend to feel strained and fatigued. The Ice Eye Mask comes to the rescue with its cooling gel bead technology, offering instant relief to reduce puffiness, dark circles, and eye bags. The cold compress works wonders in revitalizing my eyes, leaving them refreshed and rejuvenated. The versatility of this eye mask is remarkable. I find it beneficial not only for alleviating eye fatigue but also for addressing dry eyes, headaches, migraines, and stress. Whether I'm suffering from a tension headache or feeling stressed out, placing these cold gel packs over my eyes brings a sense of calmness and relaxation, which is incredibly comforting. The Ice Eye Mask is exceptionally easy to use. To apply it as a cold compress, I place the gel packs in the refrigerator for a short while. When I'm ready to use them, I take them out, slip them into the eye mask's pouch, and gently position it over my eyes. The cold sensation is incredibly refreshing and provides almost instant relief. Love it so far.

Works Great, BUT, Mine Developed A Smell Over Time
These work really well, as intended, even after days in the freezer, they remain pliable and soft. As other reviewers mentioned, you want to ensure the cloth side is what comes in contact with your skin as the plastic side will be too cold. The issue I experienced was that after leaving these in the freezer for a few weeks, I noticed they started to develop a distinctive "freezer-burn" smell to them. I've smelled this before so I recognized it immediately and while not repulsive its more just off-putting to be smelling it while trying to relax or sleep. The lesson I've learned from this and want to share with you all is to maybe consider just keeping these out of the freezer until you intend to use them to avoid this problem. Or go the refrigerator route as well if you do plan to store them in a cold environment.Hopefully this review has been helpful!
