Just a brilliant old school scale !
This is one of those old school things that has not changed and it does not need to become it perfect it it works just fine . No battery needed , just a simple small scale! No fancy crap that might break . Display is great and clear due to the magnifying glass, very accurate when adjusted, and surer durable even when you drop it. LOVE IT !!

Small, Unreliable weight reading, useless
Total Rubbish. If you have size 6 feet it's the right size. Weighing is out is sync as I tried a digital in comparison and it was half a stone heavier. The window for weight reading is very small..The one I received was , I believe a return, the glass was scratched. Going in the bin !!

Magnifier not that efficient.
Returned, not what I expected. The Magnifier wasn't that clear, and I weighed half a stone heavier than on the one I have already. Was replacing my old salter scales because the perspex cover over the dial has suddenly become opaque, making them useless even though there is nothing wrong with my old scales. I have customers services at Salter to try and replace the perspex cover, but guess what No Response. I have returned these scales as they are not as magnifying as I thought they would be

Scale to small to read but accurate in measure

Good quality analog scale great value for money
Very good quality gives accurate weights, with it being analog it’s easy to clean. It has a calibration wheel too so you can reset it to zero. I would prefer it to have bigger numbers for the Kilograms as stone is the primary weight and I’m not personally used to imperial but I’m aware this would be helpful for those who measure in stone
