Cool little patch looks like eyes in the dark. Glow effect charges fast in electric light even better in sunlight.... turn off the light or go out into the night and the eyes GLOW VERY BRIGHT and stay strong a good while.Quality is very good and no complaints, but after a few years of daily wear, exposure to elements, and abrasions, the vertical 'pupil' fabric was no longer stuck flat to the glow surface, so i PURCHASED AGAIN. Love it.
