Yes, this is reliably fabulous, made from organic whole grain Italian semolina, unlike lesser ww pasta, which can be made with flour that has been altered, resulting in increased gumminess and lower nutritional quality. (Do a search on 'papa vince busiate' for more on this). It cooks quickly, doesn't need a big pot of water to be al dente, and can be cooked to different levels of al dente with practice. It can also be broken into shorter pieces easily and added to beans, lentils, or any soup, at the end of their cooking time, and still be firm and chewy.

This pasta is awesome! Love being able to enjoy pasta again, this brand truly is wonderful.

I have a hard time finding whole wheat pasta in our local grocery store, so decided to give this a try. It is delicious. My family always loves pasta tonight! I would definitely recommend.

This is my second order. The family loves it. I add a bit of salt to the water and no one knows it's whole wheat! I used it with tomato sauce and Italian seasoning for a great Italian dish with sausage. I have used it broken into small pieces for a Chinese dish. I even used it broken in a soup. My new fav pasta! Very versatile!

This has been my go to brand for whole wheat pasta, but can never find this noodle style at the store. It's not quite angel hair, as it is a bit thicker than that, but it's good

Finally a whole wheat version. I tried various alternatives to the usual processed durum wheat. They were all nasty. This one however is excellent. The texture is not too tough. The flavor isn’t overpowering compared to the processed stuff. It truly is worth the inconvenience of buying pasta online vs the store. Will buy again.

Excellent whole wheat pasta!

My husband will only eat whole wheat pasta and loves vermicelli. This pasta fits the bill - Cooks well and has an excellent taste. Highly recommend.
