Stomach upset and doesn’t work
Taking for a month now, no change, says to take on empty stomach in between meals but will make you feel very sick have to take with food, no results, skin no different, hair no change, weight nothing and I’m also at the same time cutting out carbs, grains, sugars so I’m eating healthier

Beware buyers it’s not returnable which I didn’t know so be careful! I buy a lot off Amazon wasn’t aware it wasn’t returnable! This will keep you in the bathroom uncontrollable!

Did not work well for me.

Not meeting my expectations
Taken them now for 2 weeks and don't feel any difference as far as gut & skin.Overrated or it might take too long.
