On-off button
On-off button is faulty. It malfunctioned within 3 weeks of use. Air throw is below average, does not meet the demand. Waste of money.

Worst product brought from amazon
The button stopped working after 1 week and got replacement for it after 2 wks the replacement product had a defective one sided fan and again I returned it and got a refund 20 days later after I argued with amazon customer service again and again.

Heats up. not much power
I don't know if I got a pre-used product. But here is what I observed.Product arrived with no charge at all - had to charge for 4+ hours.I have a gaiatop rechargeable fan which has great throw, hence expected something similar with the neck fan, sadly only level 3 has some appreciable air.The device heats up in some time and after that the air also heats up.Neck feels hot due to device heating up.I felt scared to give it for use to elders in the house.In the end returned it considering the performance was not adequate and the heating was a concern.

The price and its size....dont expect it to be like table fan
Worth every penny...well designed, light, with five speed and not 3 as mentioned. But again ...it remains just a toy and not very practicle

Late delivery & Poor Quality
Product was supposed to be delivered on 9th may but got delivered on 18th may and why such indiscipline and unprofessional behaviour.Coming to product very poor quality and not worth the price as Speed is also not that great. Overall avoid and don't buy as waste of money

Recharge gets over in an hour
I use it as a neck fan, but the battery doesn't long as mentioned for 14 hours. But I found it lasted for an hour only. Disappointed with the quality :(
