This is a great product and my seeds have already sprouting after only 2 weeks! This is a great way to grow herbs and when the herbs are ready I will be able to pick them and put them in my food. No chemicals or pesticides just add water (although it does come with some plant food I haven't added anything to it yet, it seem to be growing just fine on it's own! Love this product and the price was perfect for what I wanted to spend.

First of all, I have not set this product up yet. But I've been doing hydropnic growing for years, I have an old Aerogarden which I think is past it's prime and a couple of DIY setups,I am very impressed by what this box contained. Everything needed except for the seeds, More about that later.The only thing I would not use are the plastic tweezers for handling the seeds. Regular tweezers are best and if you have the bent tip ones all the better.Also for the teeny tiny seeds I use a straw to scoop up a few and insert into the pod. My assortment of pods, domes, pod holders, etc. all are compatible with this. That's the reason I bought it, it has the round holes instead of square ones.Now, for the seeds. I highly recommend going on eBay for them. The selection is endless and what you get in the packet is generous for the price, which is quite low in most cases. Every seed in a packet will not germinate. Sometimes you have to try again. This has been my experience for since I started this growing.I grow a lot of lettuce as it does quite well. See pic. Right now it's taking over another unit. Also, parsley, basil, thyme I find the easiest to grow. Had some problems with cilentro and tarragon but I keep trying, maybe this unit will be the answer?Now I will try cherry tomatoes since this unit has the poles for support and the light is quite high.If there are any issues with the operation I will come back to report. If none, I will come back and add a star. I highly recommend this type of growing. It takes a learning curve to do but not that hard to learn.

I bought this after Christmas so have not had it long but i am impressed with the function so far.My tiny plants are doing well and not thin and leggy like some of my prior starts in the house have been.Looking forward to see how well they do in the long run.

I had an old one of these (different brand) and wanted a new one. This product was on sale for a great price when I bought it. Only been a few weeks and I already have some small tomato plants growing!

Unfortunately nothing grew!! It was very easy to set up but nothing grew. Fits great on the kitchen counter but nothing grew. I will try with what I have left for the pods, but if nothing grows I'm donating it. 😢

This is an easy and fun way to grow your own herbs indoors. The lights automatically turn on and off. Love seeing the seeds germinate and grow.
