This OUTERMAN- Car Battery Charger, 12V-12A/24V-8.5AMH- Smart Automatic Battery Charger has worked perfectly to bring my vehicles' batteries up to full charge- after some of them have been parked for weeks. The clamps have strong springs in them- but the cables seem a little thin -although it charges just fine. At this somewhat low charge rate- 8.5 amps/hour- it is more like a trickle charger- but does charge the batteries overnight to a full charge. Good little charger that can also be used to charge 24-volt battery banks as a backup to cloudy days and solar inefficiency. Good dual purpose! Great find!

Works great! And, it can test battery voltage without being plugged in!!! Just make sure to listen to the owners manual and remove the battery from the car to charge out of the elements.

Great charger for the money! The battery clips are a bit weak and will probably fall off, but works great.

The unit underperformed in that it only would output to 9.6 A not 12A. as spec. On a low charge large car battery.. They replied the same day and refunded saying it probably has a circuit problem.There is another review that had a lower output as well. Maybe a quality control issue. Unit is simple to use however.

Started to burn. Smells coming from home venting because of it burning in garage. Don’t buy. Hazardous.

Charged a battery that was down to 8.6V. It immediately sent ~8amps at 13.2V. It performed perfectly and actually charged my dead battery unlike the expensive American chargers.
