Product photo is misleading
As another reviewer said, this is a thin metal frame with flat stickers on it. The stickers have a metallic pattern printed on them. Product photo makes team decals look like actual metal. Disappointed.

Don’t get it, depending on your state
My girl friend literally just got pulled over, it was because of some mishap with them pulling up the insurance but they also gave her a citation for the license plate cover covering up the state and the registration sticker. I and past the return window sadly. And it is just a sticker on a piece of metal. That was already peeling off when I opened it.
