Missing hardware and one shelf. Pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service from wakefit. Delivered incomplete product with major parts missing and the worst is there customer service which will keep telling you to wait for another 48 to 72 hours. Kindly be very sure before buying from wakefit. Absolutely disgusted by the service. No hardware was provided for the top loft carpenter has to return without installing that. One of the shelf was missing.

Good quality cupboard and reasonable price!
For now, the cupboard looks like premium quality and reasonable price. Will have to see for durability over time. Also the wakefit delivery and assembly service is really commendable!

Defective Broken furniture NOT replaced
The person who came to install, opened the packages and found broken shelves. He told me that the wardrobe can be returned or replaced and that Wakefit will call me. I received 2 calls and i asked them to refund my money. It has been 20 days but my issue is unresolved. Their broken furniture is lying in my balcony !! They think my house is their godown.

Installation done after 4 days of product delivery.The lock was faulty so its taking almost a month to get fixed.As a customer you can’t do anything about it. They will keep saying please wait for 24-72 hours every other day. Truly disappointing
