I love this hose and the nozzle that came with it. I have been using the fabric expansion type hose for some years now. I was so happy to discover them back then but you are not supposed to leave them outside to there is always a process before and after using it. And in a couple years my first one exploded and the replacement I purchased leaks at the fittings, not unusable but not ideal either. Now I have discovered this newer style and it is head and shoulders above the fabric ones.This one stays hooked up in the yard ready for use. It does not expand like the fabric ones so buy the length you want. No leaks from this hose. It will not kink and does not tangle. It is light weight and very easy to handle. After use I let the water out and it rolls into a small coil so very easily. I can’t yet vouch for longevity since I’ve not had it that long, but no red flags yet. I will be buying another for the front yard.This is my new favorite hose.

Comfortable Handling

Do not waste your money. This was one of my worst purchase experiences in my 20 plus years of being on Amazon. Hose started leaking in several places after 2 months. Tried contacting seller and never heard back from them. Had to make several calls to Amazon and after more than 4 hours of talking to several agents was able to at least get my money back

This is the third one of these types of flexible hoses I've bought from Amazon. They work great, but the other two started leaking within a year. You have to be careful when using high pressure.

I like this hose very much. I was skeptical that it might be heavy but it’s very lightweight and easy to move around. The hose doesn’t kink up which is a plus. Living in Florida I wanted a hose that the sun didn’t break down. The only drawback is the water is hotter going through it when you first turn it on if it’s been out in the sun but that is with any hose in the sun. This wouldn’t keep me from purchasing it again. Well worth buying and would buy again.

This is my Nth flex hose.But this is my 1st steel flex hose.Same light weight and flexibility.The biggest difference is it won’t expanding or shrinking so much due to its metal outer pipe.And I personally think this might be the main reason why traditional flex hose is non-durable. I have some flex hoses leak because of inner PVC pipe broken. So no matter how strong the outer fabric is, inner pvc tube expanding and shrinking on daily basis eventually causing it break.I have replaced my heavy duty hose with this flex one. Now watering become a very easy even my son can easily help me done that.
