This version of Rooh Afza looks like it does not contain the fruit, vegie, and herb extracts traditionally used, except for pine and rose. Is that right?

No version, India or Pakistani now contains any herbs. They are all sugar syrups with artificial colors, dyes and flavors. This item is banned in most nordic countries as they found the label does not match the actual ingredients.
