I have to say, this pan works great! I have a tiny omelet pan, and it is too limiting. I was able to make eggs very easily. The butter/oil distributes easily, very easy to clean and use and nice nice quality for the price! I will remember this brand as I will buy more when I need in the future.

Handle gets out. Items stick to pan more than other pans I've had.

New "gold" edition is truly innovative over just ceramic coatings. The added cost over the standard Blue diamond pan is justified if you are also looking for an "induction ready" skillet. Food truly does not stick and slides out like greased lighting. A few drops of oil are all that is ever needed. The skillet and handle are very lightweight aluminum. Keep in mind the handle can get very warm at medium or high temps, especially close to the riveted stem, which I found hard to believe with this design. However, you really don't need high temps to cook with this pan. Silicone handle covers should come with these skillets. My all steel DeBuyer skillet with "solid stainless" handles, never gets hot. PROS: lightweight, impressive lasting nonstick performance vs plain ceramic skillets. CONS: the handle can get very warm to the touch and is not recommended for searing in my opinion.

This pan functions great but the gold on the handle faded with a week and a half! This fading makes us suspicious about the steadfastness of the other coatings (including those we cannot see), which could impact our health. We will not be ordering anymore from this brand for these reasons.

This pan is small but good for 1 person or a quick meal. I primarily use mine to make my daughter eggs for breakfast and it's a breeze. I don't have to use any butter or oil (unless you want to) and nothing sticks. Food just slides right out. Clean up is super easy since nothing sticks. It's not very heavy so easy to use and store. I gave it the metal utensil scratch test and it passed with flying colors. Not a single scratch!I got this more as a tester to see if I wanted to get a bigger ones or even a whole set and I gotta say I'm definitely impressed and will be buying more!

I've had many different brands of non stick cookware in my life and they all are wonderfully non stick at first, but as time goes on, they seem to lose that non stick feature. I'm hoping this 8" ceramic frypan does not lose that feature.Being a new skillet, it's great as a non stick skillet. I always use a little non stick spray or a bit of oil in all my non stick pans and I did the same when I used this skillet to fry eggs. It did a great job and the eggs just slid out of the pan. Clean up was as simple as a wipe with a paper towel and rinse.The weight and balance of the skillet is good. It has a riveted handle, not a screwed on handle. The handle is gold tone metal and I like that this pan can be used in the oven or broiler safely.I have a glass top electric stove, therefore, I can't speak on how this pan works on an induction or gas stove.This listing says it's dishwasher safe, and I see on the packaging on the skillet, it says dishwasher safe. But if you read further as you can see in my photo, the manufacturer does not recommend washing in the dishwasher. I think from my experience that washing non stick pans in the dishwasher gradually deteriorates the non stick finish. So I'll hand wash my pan. Time will tell if this pan gradually loses it's non stick ability. I'll update my review if it does.

I haven't used traditional non-stick pans in years due to all the unsafe coatings full of toxic chemicals that can get into your food, so when I wanted a new fry pan I looked for a more natural option. This ceramic pan seems to be heavy duty quality, is easy to clean, scratch-resistant so will stay in good condition, and so far seems to work great. I didn't realize at first it's also oven safe so I can cook my skillet breakfasts in it without having to use cast iron which is really heavy and takes special care to keep clean.

This pan works very well and nothing has stuck in it yet.
