K451-011 Ultra Low Profile Mini Ratchet Wrench Set, 1/4-Inch Drive, 11-Piece

Saw this little ratchet kit on sale and thought it would be a good addition to my tool set and I was absolutely right. This will help get you in tight spaces (like getting to the bolts on your Pentastar engines. Buy one and see what it can do for you!

If you’re changing the speakers in your Tesla especially a model 3 or Y, then this tool will be invaluable to you. It works great with the smaller torx bits but can also use standard size. I highly recommend.

This is a unique tool that can fit in some tight spots where a screw would otherwise be impossible to remove without removing other parts to make room. I'm glad I didn't have to spend a lot to get this tool, but I'm also glad that I'll rarely need it because the ratcheting mechanism could be a lot more fine-toothed. I had to use a flat head screwdriver in my other hand to hold the bit or the exposed teeth during the counter-turn or else the screw would have just turned back and forth and I wouldn't have made any progress on removing it. A good usable wrench has 90-120 teeth. This one has 16.

Bits are true half-cut, 15mm like the VimTools bits. Looks and feels like good steel (use will tell). Ratchet is generic but smooth.

The bits work fantastic with the included cheap ratchet driver but it's too short to put in anything else. I purchased this set to cannibalize the bits and cobble together a compact carry kit but unfortunately the bits are simply too short for what I had in mind. That said, I'm going to keep the set because it's probably the most low-profile setup I've ever encountered. I've posted a photo of the bits that were included next to the LTT bit and a standard bit. I've also included a photo of the mini ratchet driver I was hoping to use these bits with, you can see that the bits go a bit too deep and you have to use something to punch it out from behind. If you put this bit in a standard holder (like one with no rear access), it will likely be lost forever. Still though, I don't think I've found anything more low-pro than this and it's a keeper.

The item is good for price. Compare to snap on price wise and size access wise this is better... But it's not sturdy. I did manage to break the rotational part a bit while working on high torqued fastener. It is still working but it's half broke. So kinda annoys me.. Not the best sturdy item, but it should get you by on tight spot.

Like the low profile bit but the rachet got no bit retention and broke the second time of usage.
