This is a very good, yet basic, multivitamin from a reputable company. I have seen and used their other products in stores and on Amazon before and have been very happy. I have been taking a multivitamin at the suggestion of my doctor for over 40 years. I especially like that this multivitamin has all of the basic recommended vitamins and minerals. I thought these pills were easy to swallow and digest and without any aftertaste. The pills are small and have a very nice coating making them easy to swallow. The bottle I received didn't have an outer seal around the cap, but it did have an inner seal under the cap. They are also made in the US and are non-GMO, gluten free, and have no artificial flavors or sweeteners and have been laboratory tested. My bottle has a August 2026 expiration date, so they are presumably fresh and have a long shelf life. Each bottle contains 60 capsules and you take 1 per day, so each bottle lasts 60 days. At $0.12/day, I feel these are an excellent value and I would highly recommend these daily multivitamins.

It has everything most people need in quantities that make further supplementation mostly unnecessary, and, it's under $8. That's a pretty good deal compared to more typical brands. I've been taking it every day, and I feel no negative effects from it. It's just a multivitamin so I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I now feel like Superman and that I'm going to go fly into the sun or anything, but as long as what's on the label is in the pills, this should be a great fit for most people. Again, that price!

I had been taking a different multivitamin that is from a very commonly used brand and I found that these had higher amounts of many of the vitamins in the other and not less of anything at all. I can't really make any assessments as far as how they've been affecting me, but I've been feeling pretty decent, at least. They're coated and easy to swallow/take, at least for me. I have no issues with these whatsoever and they at least seem to be better than my previous ones.

I like that you only have to take 1 easy to swallow caplet per day. I have not experienced any negative side effects, and there is no weird taste or smell.

I regularly take a multivitamin, but I'm not necessarily devoted to one type or brand. These are good. The tablets don't have a particular smell or taste and are as easy as any other to swallow.
