Defective
I just went through the return process, because when you pour from this carafe, the liquid (water or coffee) runs down the outside of the carafe, instead of pouring cleanly. It did not do this originally, but after a few weeks the problem showed up. It has never been in the dishwasher, and only hand cleaned. No obvious damage of any kind to the pour spout; it just does not work properly.

Works well but slightly skinny carafe model
My Cuisinart coffee maker has a slightly wider carafe vs this replacement model but, they are identical in height so the compatibility with the coffee basket still works just fine. Works well and saves $$ vs Cuisinart branded carafe is fine with me.

The design of the carafe makes it impossible to pour without spilling coffee
The interior of the carafe has a lip that runs completely around the inside without a tapered design to allow the liquid to flow out of the spout. Coffee spills all over the counter when pouring it.

Did not fit in the coffee maker.
It is the perfect size for the coffee makers listed in the description. It is glass, so it is strong and lets the coffee taste as it should, as well as not leaking. I appreciate the price since so many things are getting more expensive. It is easy to disassemble and clean. It looks professional, like something you would see in a coffee shop.However, I did not double check my machine and it did not fit

Leaks
No matter how you pour, this carafe leaks. It's $3 less than the Cuisinart Replacement, so your better off with the original.
