I got my first package of these through my medicare insurance, then they switched to raspberry flavor. I mix these in my Gatoraide 32 oz orange drink and get all the added benefits while drinking a thirst quencher. The gatoraide does not have the orange flavor I crave, and neither does the emergen-c on it's own, but mixed together they taste close to orange juice or tang. The problem is both of these products are hard to find. Everyone buys out the orange drinks, even the off brand, and raspberry flavor emergen-c is easier to find. My son got me some through Rite-aid or one of those pharmacy chains. Now I can order from Amazon and save him the trip. I used to suffer through colds all winter long, but taking this emergen-c helps me get over the cold, before another infects me. lol. This is a tasty way to get you daily vitamin C. Wonderful product.

Vitamin C supplementation is necessary. Our whole family drinks it, one cup a day. It tastes sour and sweet. My son also likes it very much.
