These cuticle nippers are brilliant, they both are sharpe and shaped to be precise.

Bought these a few months ago, paid up to 5 times more than other trimmers because it said they were ‘professional quality’ and ‘surgical grade stainless steel’, so I figured they would be worth the extra expense and would last. My previous trimmers (no longer available lasted me 8+ years before finally needing to be replace so I hoped these too would last. As you can hopefully see on the photo the very end of the trimmers have bent while using them! Normal use once every fortnight or so for a few months, so maybe 10-12 uses? I am surprised how something that is surgical steel and professional quality can bend to the point of the blades no longer meeting and become useless this way. I tried to contact the seller but it says I’m outside of the returns window, which would be fine except this is not a return because I don’t like them, this is a failed product that has not lived up to the high standards it is claiming. I would like a replacement but since there is no option for that I will probably buy a different brand as I don’t want to spend the money twice if this is the poor quality I should expect. If the seller wants to replace them for me and show me that this is a one off issue that will not be repeated with another pair then I will change/update my review accordingly. Until then I have to advise you not to waste your money. Don't assume you’ll be getting better quality because of the higher price tag.

Great to start with but I didn’t expect them to blunt after just 3 weeks of work, haven’t even submerged them in barbacide!

I have never got on with cuticle nippers, they always seemed ungainly and accuracy was difficult. I’ve tried quiet a variety within the 5 to 10 quid price range and no joy. These are different. The blades are seriously sharp and get on with the job neatly. The short jaws allow for deadly accuracy and a good sight of exactly what you’re doing. Wow, wish I had got these right at the start.

I am not a pro, but I do my own mani-pedi, and the quality of this product is second to none
