This works great for castor oil treatments of the scalp. Application works best if the castor oil is mixed with equal parts of warm water and aloe vera gel.

This is one nice and sturdy applicator bottle! Warning though: they don't have holes at the tip, but the easy way to do that is get a push pin, gently poke through the tip and wriggle it around slowly until it naturally penetrates the plastic. You don't have to be forceful with it nor do you need scissors to cut off the tip, by doing it this way you can still put the little red lid on. No applicator bottle is truly leak proof but as long as you close it tight enough it shouldn't be too messy to use. It was perfect for my homemade oil and getting two for $5 is also not a bad deal, that's how much you'd pay if you bought two applicator bottles in person. Speedy delivery, perfect condition. No complaints.

I use these to apply castor oil to my scalp to encourage hair growth, which can be a messy task, but not with these bottles.

I used this bottle for hair color application. My 75 year old hands aren’t as strong as in the past. It was easy to squeeze just the right amount. The opening was small but I used scissors to cut off a bit of the tip. It rinsed out easily.

Works well for thick and thin oils. I do wish they'd include extra caps, but I don't bring them when I travel so it's not too much of a. Issue. Great value for your money.

Good bottles but really hard to cut the top off. Puncturing a hole in them w a safety pin was the only option and that too the plastic was super hard and needed many tries of making a hole through the safety pin. Would be easy if the manufacturer already put in a hole in the bottle or made it easy to cut/create one on our own.

Love these bottles! I got them to mix small amounts of hair colour and worked perfectly. Easy to squeeze out and you can make your own size hole if desired. Very pleased

The applicator lid is not punched through, for this price it should already come ready to use! However, it is not! If it would be in the item description, I would have only knocked off one star.
