Dimensions of the rings are not correct, but other than that it's good for personal training.
It's okay for personal training. The only problem this has is that the dimensions of the concentric circles are not correct, for example, 10-ring is 4.8 inches in 4x4 target, but in this one it's smaller.

Difficult to find this thing in market. This is a plastic sheet of archary target, to be attached to a board. Product discription should have mentioned that. Good enough, does the job.
