I've got problems at digesting most carbs so I usually avoid them but occasionally one creeps up on me and gets me into trouble! One of those capsules certainly helps get rid of excess gas, nausea or just discomfort.

Works amazingly well for those of us who need help digesting veggies. Only four stars because you can find them cheaper on other websites.

They really help with digesting pulses. Highly recommend if anyone has issues digesting food like legumes.

I am a vegetarian and suffer from multiple food intolerances including but not limited to gluten, dairy, legumes & onion. I find these particularly helpful when eating out or travelling - I don't think you could successfully use them to achieve symptomless digestion of problem foods on an everyday basis. On a side note, I used to use the Digest Spectrum formula from the same brand, however I found I sometimes experienced a slight stomach ache from them. This formula seems to be kinder to the stomach and yet still effective for multiple intolerances. One star off as they are somewhat pricey, however they are worth it.

i find this product works for me,I have gastritis and there is only a small amount of protease in the capsule. I find when there is a large amount of protease it hurt my gut.I would buy this product again,

Really Good digestive supplement. Glad it’s vegan friendly

I have numerous digestive issues, but the punch line is that I have to carefully manage my diet and avoid things that are too hard for me to digest. With the Gastro I am able to eat a wider range of things that would normally cause me significant discomfort, including rice and greater quantities of fresh vegetables. It is worth trying for anyone with chronic or temporary problems digesting vegetation and grains. It does not help with proteins, so you would have to get something else for that.

I have tried many enzyme supplements and this one reduces my bloating the most. I take one before my first bite of fruits and veggies and another in the middle of the meal if 15 minutes pass from my first pill and I’m still eating. This has been a huge game changer for my IBS allowing me to eat some fruits and veggies again without flaring.
