These are made to look like the ones you buy in the store so I thought, "what a great deal!" Wrong! The looks are the only thing they have in common with the brand name ones. These are very thin, smaller overall and there isn't enough gel in them to work to absorb the impact. Because they are smaller, the heel cup portion is narrower and can lead to the edges ending up right under your heel. If your feet are fine and you're just looking for a little extra comfort these might work. If you actually need a heel cup for plantar fasciitis or heel issues these are not going to help you much at all. These were a complete waste of money and went straight in the trash.

Raised my heel up just enough so my shoe didn’t rub

I purchased these gel inserts for my cleats and am very happy with them, the only reason for the 4 stars is I cannot get them to stick in one spot and they end up moving around in my cleat. This could also be due to the type of movement I am engaged in but it would be great if they stuck so I didn’t have to remove my cleat a few times a game to readjust!

They arrived on time & were exactly what I wanted. Provide just enough lift & cushioning to make every sho more comfortable.

They aren’t sticky on the bottom which I prefer

These absolutely will NOT stay put in my shoes. I've tried them in two different pair and they slip and slide all over the place. By mid-day, they have slid under the arch of my foot and my heel has no cushion.
