Works good, got my backup camera to the back of my 4 door truck.

Worked on my 28ft class c went across Canada and still working

I was uncertain about signal attenuation due to the length but I installed the 20ft cable to extend my line for a long body Sprinter van. Zero issues. Note, if you have the additional red wire that goes to your backup lights to trigger the backup camera automatically, you'll need to extend that separately. One butt splice and a few feet of 16ga wire and you're good. I do wonder why I couldn't just find a tip/ring extension line at the end nearest the head unit though.
