Leboo M.2 NGFF to USB3.0 PCI-E X16 Slot Adapter,Pci-E Converter Card Mining Riser Card 2280 2260 2242 M.2-M-Key (No Cable Needed)

I used this to do some trial mining from my home PC.Some things to note are;If you have two m.2 slots check your guide to see if using both will deactivate any of the PCIE slots. For me using the second m.2 slot would deactivate one of my other GPU PCIE connections so the other adapter will be a spare.I am VERY pleased that an additional power connection was not needed for this.This can be broken easily to fit multiple different m.2 form factors. I had to break mine at the first score mark because of the tight fit beneath my cpu cooler.One possible improvement I might suggest is to have the USB cables be 90 degree bent angles. As you can see in my photo the Cryorig H7 cooler makes for a very tight fit with this.I will say I was happy that that this let me take my rig from 6 to the max of 7 GPUs that my motherboard would support.Ultimately I had to discontinue use of this because the electric draw on the available 15 AMP circuit in my home was too much. The continued use of the 7th card generated significant heat onto the power cord, apc surge protector, power receptical and the branch circuit itself. That does not impact my review of this product, just something for you to think of. A 7th card can be in increase of 15% or more depending on what you install in the slot. If you have a dedicated 20 amp circuit with 12-2 wiring you will probably be all set. But just pay attention to your power draw.If you’re in that same situation as I noted above, you can leave a card disabled in device manager and keep it plugged in as a spare. Then just enable as needed when you swap out or replace other cards.

I have 3 GPUs running with these extenders. So far everyone works on Molex connector. I tried SATA connector on one and it was not recognizing. Not sure if it was GPU or just pcie riser. I have seen some GPU don’t work on certain PCIe slot either. In general happy with these pcie risers

Worked as expected I guess. I could not OC the card as high as others and it crashes when I limit the power consumption of the cards, but this could be due to many other factors. I could try swapping it around and do more testing but I am getting better than average hashing rates so I am going to leave it alone.

some motherboards like tb250-btc need to have a sata power cable connected to the motherboard to power the m.2 slot. i like that i could adjust the size by snapping off the circuit board. i also like that theres no led or lights on it. you dont need lights on a miner.

I actually used one of these m.2 to usb 3.0 to act as a sort of dummy m.2 drive for an EKWB m.2 heatsink. Just desoldered the usb port and cleaned up the pcb.

Better than many similar products at the same price point - good quality with multiple power connectors, vertical instead of horizontal USB risers, which are more versatile.

All 6 cards have been running solid non-stop for the last 3 weeks with no issues. Hats off to Voskcoin for pointing out the quality of these cards.

The best of the best. This risers are keeping my rigs very stable and I have no issues with my video cards loosing power. Excellent quality and delivery.
