Been using this for a season and an all star tournament. So far, it has held up well. I like the organization it provides and helps my team get to where they need to be quickly. It attaches to the chain link fence quickly, and the marker that came with it is still good after over 30 games. I don’t care much for the magnetic tabs that came with it because they are easy to lose during the shuffle in and out of the dugout, but they are functional for someone who has time to manage and keep track of them.

Your days of fumbling about with papers and losing track of important information are over! And while we're on the subject of lineups, the forty lineup cards that are provided are a game-changer. I no longer have to scribble names on pieces of paper or attempt to read my own chicken scratch. Those days are completely behind me. My ability to swiftly reference player positions and make changes on the fly is made possible by these cards, which are beautifully structured and simply slip into the spaces that have been allotted for them.

I used a label maker to add name stickers to each magnet piece. This thing is a lifesaver for low level teams that have to swap positions and batting order constantly. I just slide the magnets around between innings and the kids go where they see their names on the board, and I don’t have to answer “where do I go?” 8664 times per game.

It worked pretty well - magnets weren’t the most powerful but it was ok. Then one day after the game I was sliding it back into my bag and I heard a snap. Did not think much of it until next game and saw it had cracked, and was warped badly. Magnets will no longer stick to it, now just junk.

I like that my girls don't have to flip the board to see offensive and defensive assignments! Magnets could be a little stronger, but they did last all weekend and I only lost one after the first tournament. Might try finding something stronger. TIP: Use labels on the magnets for the names!
