I am so happy I found this carrier. I have a dog under 10 lbs that fits nicely in the size XS carrier. The quality is good and I love the cushions for the back legs. No hard plastic. I carrier her on my shoulder throughout the house like a purse. She is very comfortable and enjoys being in the carrier She is immobile and lays in bed alot. This carrier allows her to stretch her legs out from under her side She lays around most often. I only keep her in it for about 30 minutes at a time. She never cry to get out. Best carrier so far.

The product is well-made and quality materials. One complaint is the way the back wraps around the hind legs. It is uncomfortable for my dog and he doesn't try to walk when using it. It might take some getting used to.

I dont write reviews... but made sure to take the time to write about this wonderful product. Our 17 1/2 year old Shi tzu has lost hind leg mobility and recently one of his front paws. After one purchase fail to help get him out for potty's I found this item. It has been such a life saver. Its the ONLY device that supported the hind legs AND front legs while not hindering all bodily functions. We are able to offset his weight depending on how strong he feels. We have owned it for about two months now and fully depend on it to help him Pee with dignity. It also saves our backs! We had to return our first order as it was too big. Yoda is 12 lbs but the device for his weight was way too big. We ordered the small size and its perfect. Good job to its creators! If I could change anything it would be to make it with removable straps so we could just leave him in the harness during the day and snap on straps. Thinking about modifying it myself. At least he knows he is going out when we put this on him. The product is well made, strong and designed for a dogs comfort. Kudos, and thank you for such a helpful, well thought out product!!

Having difficulty finding the right fit for my dog. His measurements were perfectly within the range for a small but I could not get the harness on him (WAY too small). Returned for a medium. Instructions or a demo video of how to adjust the straps would be helpful. Reviews agreed it's bad for female dogs, but male dogs can pee in it okay. My male dog so far has only peed in the harness. If I can figure out what to adjust to make it so when I lift with the straps my dogs body doesn't bend, I will change to 3 stars.

Not easy to set up. Wished it had two short handles for easier lifting, especially when pets has back problems.

Didn't get to use it for long, but the couple times I used it, it did help me get my little senior pup around the yard for some assisted walks. It was very comfortable and easy to use. The material was gentle on her fragile skin. It was honestly of great quality. I ordered it for my 6lb19yr old chihuahua. This product would also work great for dogs who need rehab after surgery or have stability issues.

I think this is a great concept for a larger dog, but I have a pug, and this was just to awkward for her to even walk, she did try, but just couldn’t walk in it. Her legs are to short, I was going to send it back, but I had used it and didn’t think that was right.

TL;DR - Best lifting harness for a small dog on Amazon specially front lifting My dog is 16 years old and has severe arthritis in both her front and back legs, especially the front. Because of this, front lifting is a must, and rear support is can be helpful. Most lifting harnesses on markets are designed mainly for the hind legs. If you do find one that supports all four legs, it’s usually made for large dogs. I’ve been searching for a solution like this for a long time. This harness is exactly what I was looking for. It supports all four legs, allowing my dog to walk with proper support instead of just being lifted from the back. Sizing does take some thought because there are four leg holes, and the spacing between the legs matters. For reference, my dog weighs 6.5 kg (14 lb) and the Small size fits her perfectly. ( oh! BTW I have extended all the belt all the way! so keep this in mind, and my baby is lean/normal side of weight. the reason why I choose S is Medium looks good on her but when you lift her, the rear hind leg part ring got folded because she is in smaller end of that size. and that was not so comfortable for her hinder leg and even I extended the ring it does not help - this is where between the leg size come in important ) Also thanks to deeper neck, even if I left her, it did not bother her from sniffing the ground This harness has truly made a difference for my senior dog.
