DO NOT BUY!! The shielding on the cable came loose after only 2 weeks of use, and the inner shielding was also broken, exposing the copper cables inside. When I plugged it in, they short-circuited, burnt out the wires, and also burnt my wooden flooring. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GET THE ORIGINAL CHARGER!

it does not work at all (atleast in my experience)
I had bought this charger because of the amount of reviews and its ratings but unfortunately, mine would not work. I tried it on two different laptops, so its not a problem of my laptop. this might not be the same outcome for everyone. maybe i just got an unlucky piece but i am dissatisfied and i dont plan to re buy and risk it from here again.

Worst Quality, Don't buy.
I purchased this charger for my HP EliteBook, but it has been very disappointing. The charger does not provide a stable connection and frequently stops charging unless the cable is positioned in a certain way. It also gets quite warm during use, which raises concerns about its quality and safety. The build quality feels cheap compared to the original HP charger, and the charging speed is not as consistent as advertised. After a short period of use, the charger started showing reliability issues, making it unsuitable for daily work. I would not recommend this product and wish I had purchased an original replacement instead.

Correct Charger for a G7 HP Laptop.
This worked perfectly for my HP G7 Laptop. The old charger would not charge and when I plugged it into the laptop the charging light would blink white and go out. Per the internet, that means the laptop is not pairing with the charger. Interestingly, my volt meter said the charger was putting out power, the laptop was just not willing to use that power. Anyway, found this charger on Amazon and ordered it. It came quickly. I plugged it into the laptop and the charging light came on amber and stayed on constant. Within a few minutes I had enough charge to boot up. Charger works perfectly.

WARNING: Dangerous product! Potential fire hazard and hardware damage.
I bought this charger and after only 10 days of use, it started smelling like something was burning coming from my laptop whenever it was plugged in. Additionally, my laptop started making loud, abnormal noises. This charger is extremely poor quality and unsafe. Using it could easily destroy an expensive laptop. I returned it immediately to save my device. Please, do not risk your laptop by buying this product. STAY AWAY
