very nice to wrap your brisket etc in after first low temp smoke, and after you get a bark. This helps keep the moisture in as you finish your cook but is permeable enough that you don’t get soggy bark!

Watched a video on how to properly wrap our 10lbs chuck roast. Held the heat properly and assisted in temp cooking without any loss of bark or smoke flavour. This product is a definite need in any smokers toolbox. Excellent pricing; and enough of a roll to last us at least 2 years if not more! Held moisture no problem and very very minimal leakage of juices in the cooler!! To be honest may have put the roast and fold.in upside down.
