So far we love it!
We just received it! However, seems to be great. Just wanted something stream lined. Nothing huge and the ability to fold it up, have the arms and some bells and whistles. The price was nothing I wanted to spend. But, here we are. :)

Issue with unbalanced tread that are hard to resolve
It is nice and quiet but sadly, after first use the tread became unbalanced and caused 2 seams to appear. The company responded with quickly, but the instructional video to make the repair was not very helpful. It's a big guessing game when it comes to making the adjustments to the tread, no idea how many turns makes the tread adjust one way or the other. I'd buy another brandon if I could go back, but I'm committed now.

Too narrow for big feet
Too narrow for my husband’s big feet. He likes the feel and sturdiness but is always stepping on the sides. He said he’d be willing to pay more for a wider track. He thinks it’s a good price for what it is. Other than that he really likes it.
