Good quality
It is informative about chair exercises which are not so energetic as some exercises for seniors and are easy to do but I think it should have had more diagrams or drawings of exercises.

Boring Book
Very boring book with hardly any pictures a lot of it not relating to chair exercise solely. I also purchased 50 chair exercises for seniors by Ian Anderson this was much more appropriate.

Great guidebook
This guidebook for seniors is comprehensive as it addresses both physical and mental wellness. Chair exercises improve flexibility, balance, strength, and energy levels. I find the customized workout options and activities to be diverse and engaging. However, I believe that more visual aids, better editing, and the inclusion of visual support featuring older adults could have further improved this guide.

Great book for seniors
I must say, this book has been a fantastic resource. This book truly lives up to its promise of providing a comprehensive guide to exercises that can be done right from a chair. The routines are not only beneficial for improving balance and mobility but they're also tailored to make the process enjoyable.

Easy to Follow
I got this guide for my grandparents as they kept complaining about pain in their knees and back. This guide helped ease them into a healthy routine of exercising to reduce the pain, improve mobility and overall they seem to complain less - which must be a benefit!
