I am really surprised to see so many negative reviews for this product as my experience is completely positive. I bought one to stop our main front door being pushed right back into furniture, as we had a similar one for our bathroom door. This arrived the day after ordering, is nice and heavy and big enough to do the job, and the rubber rings protect both the door and the furniture. Most importantly it was a quarter of the price of the other one. Definitely recommend the product and seller

Saw a version of these in the holiday home we had in Madeira, and resolved to buy them for our house. They are a good weight and higher than others, which was exactly what I needed. Others might find them a bit too high, but that would be a matter of personal choice. They were better priced than similar items and came in good time. For me, they are perfect.

A nice and sturdy door stop. It is heavy enough to prop open the door but not so heavy that it breaks your foot when you try to move it. We're all happy with it at home.

One of the doors in my home has an annoying habit of banging against the wall, which over time has left a small dent in the plasterwork at the point where the door handle has made daily contact. I’m pleased to say that this doorstop immediately solved the problem. The doorstop is made of aluminium and has rubber rings around the outside and on the base. The rubber rings are a great feature, as they allow the door to make contact with the unit almost silently. I found the weight to be adequate for most conditions. It has been in place for a number of months and hasn’t moved an inch. I have tested the doorstop on two different types of surface: wooden flooring and bathroom tiles. In both instances, the rubber on the base of the doorstop gripped very well and didn’t allow any movement. I have not tested it on more challenging surfaces, such as carpet. Visually, the aluminium has a ‘dull’ finish, which is useful, as it allows the doorstep to blend into the background. Overall, it’s a well-built and well-designed doorstop, and comes at a reasonable price. Most importantly, it’s moveable, which gives it a distinct advantage over the alternatives which need to be screwed to the floor. If you live in a house where doors are susceptible to frequent opening and closing (due to children, drafts, etc.) I would recommend this is a good solution.

I needed something to hold the babygate open for when I did allow the puppy through the house but at the same time, can quickly close it. This is rubber at the bottom, so scrapping across my tiled floor to quickly move without having to pick it up, is a breeze! Nice and chunky, weighty to hold the gate and a door open my puppy hasnt YET tried to eat any of the rubber! Also, the rubber stops any banging on the door, bonus! Fast delivery, really please

Bought this after my dog chewed my wooden door wedge. I thought 'I'll buy a metal one, she can't chew that!' Sadly this isn't as heavy as it looks and whilst it does prop the door open, it's a bit flimsy and could be picked up by my dog, who then proceeded to chew the rubber pad off the bottom. The rubber rings around the circumference also just rubber bands that slide off, so if you have inquisitive young kids or pets, be careful, as they could be a choke hazard.

Have bought 4 in total and would definitely buy more if I need too. Had a few weeks now and I find them great for holding doors open and one for prevention of door smacking into the cupboard. Holds doors well, I can still move them about with my foot if I need to adjust distance etc... Once door is against it doesn't move. Grand and heavy. Does the job well

Sehr gute Qualität zum attraktiven Preis. Die Lieferung war schnell und problemlos. Die Türstopper sind schwer, verrutschen nicht auf verschiedenen Oberflächen und sehen hochwertig aus. Das Produkt ist genau wie beschrieben – deutlich besser und informativer als die Beschreibung bei OBI, wo ich den Kauf letztlich abgebrochen habe. Dort war der Preis zudem höher. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Li ho presi perché in casa le porte sbattevano continuamente con le correnti d’aria e mi stavano facendo impazzire. Da quando li uso il problema è sparito. Tengono benissimo anche le porte più pesanti, non scivolano e non graffiano il pavimento. Ottime anche per il parquet. Il set da 4 è comodissimo, ora ne ho uno in ogni stanza "a rischio". Acquisto semplice ma davvero azzeccato.
