It is a soft fleece, likely polyester. It is like the cloth on a soft jacket, not too thick, though. Very sturdy, flexible, and soft. The color is royal blue on one side, navy on the reverse. Velcro sewn on carefully to hold the strap covers secure. It is reversible and hand washes easily.

Are these cotton or polyester?

I'm not sure what it is. But it is very comfortable and does prevent my face from getting cut by the strap while sleeping.

Do these work for mirage fx for her?

I am not familiar with the mirage fx for her. However, I can say that the strap covers should work on most cpap straps since the simply cover the straps with a soft fabric via a velcro closure.

Does this make your neck hot?

I don't feel heat in my neck. Have been using it for a while.

Tried lots of cpap covers these are excellent, don't leave marks and the Velcro means they can fit mask easily. Highly recommend them.

My wife uses a CPAP nightly and consistently has strap marks on her face in the morning from the Resmed F20 full face mask. I purchased these to see if they would offer any comfort and we are very impressed with the results. The straps are soft and comfortable with a small Velcro seam on the outside to wrap them around the strap. In the morning there are no marks anymore and she says the mask straps are very comfortable. We are very happy with this product.
