Mullein has been such a game changer for me! I’ve suffered for about 4 years with terrible “productive” coughing . My ribs hurt from coughing! I went to various doctors:ear, nose & throat, lung, GP— none of them suggested Mullein and the hurtful productive ( mucus filled) coughing continued. I’m an herb girlie, i’ve collected and used many to brew teas including mullein- but this tincture has truly worked wonders compared to drinking the herb alone- it’s helped me get all the mucus and gunk out of my chest, out of my throat. I also have a deviation to my septum, so I deal with nasal drip and congestion that goes down my throat on a daily basis. I’ve also smoked the herb heavily since a young teen (i’m in my twenties) I HIGHLY recommend. My sister also had the flu with bronchitis when I received the bottle, and after 2 doses she was finally having a productive cough after a full week and it made her feel so much better that day!! These past few days have been kind of rough coughing up all of the yucky mucus, but that just proves to show how much this is truly working and breaking it all up to come out. 10/10!!! I've been using this mullein, echinacea, and licorice tincture for a short time to support my recovery after quitting smoking. It was especially helpful in getting me over a recent cold because it really seemed to help loosen and clear up congestion quickly. I mix the recommended drops into my nightly tea (Dragon Herbs Spring Dragon Longevity Tea) which makes for a soothing evening ritual. The product provided a lot of relief for my airways, but I want to share an important note: Do not use this product continuously for over a month, or for prolonged periods. The licorice root in the formula can affect blood pressure and potassium levels with extended use. It’s great for short-term relief, like managing a cold or intense coughing phase, but check with a healthcare professional for long-term lung maintenance.

Great stuff for clearing out the lungs. I took daily in my coffee or tea. There wasn't much of a taste of smell so it didn't change my coffee or tea. I also drank in water and other than a bit of an earthy taste - very very mild, it was fine. It took a few weeks to kick in, but once it did I was breathing so much better. No wheezing and crackling at night either. Will definitely purchase again.

I am a tincture person. Next to the herb itself. This is the best way to ingest the herb. The reason why I say that is that this is the next best thing to the ground product. Not bad tasting. I had zero side effects. Mullen is really good for the lungs and it works for me. Appropriate strength. The ingredients are just the herb itself. And I use it almost daily. It isn't meant for energy. It's meant for your lungs so it will help keep your lungs nice and clear.

Second bottle and I don't notice any difference when taking this .
