This ankle ice wrap is comfortable, easy to slip on, and provides effective relief for ankle and Achilles pain and swelling. The fit is great and the material feels soft and high quality, though the ice only stays cold for about 10–15 minutes. Overall, a solid recovery aid that’s easy to use.

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing

Comfortable, reusable, and so much easier than trying to balance a bag of ice on your ankle.

Wish it stayed cold longer but that why I bought 2. Easily the number one reason going back to work after breaking my foot is feasible. Amazing product - elevate you foot when icing it.
