This ankle ice wrap is comfortable, easy to slip on, and provides effective relief for ankle and Achilles pain and swelling. The fit is great and the material feels soft and high quality, though the ice only stays cold for about 10–15 minutes. Overall, a solid recovery aid that’s easy to use.

Gel has Disintegrated/Leaked
The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing

Perfect for ankle injuries. I have athletes in my house and I don’t know why we didn’t get this sooner!

Comfortable and easy to put on without bending the ankle.
I broke my tibia, shattered the fibula and had to get a ligament repair. TSA is going to love me! The sleave is very comfortable, very cold when first put on, initially I used a sock. Half way through the 20 min I remove the sock. I wish it stayed cooler longer but the recommended time for icing is 15-20 and it does that. I purchased a second one so I have a second one ready yo go and I don’t have to wait two hrs for it to be cold again. I am a size 7 so s/m was my only option. Easy to get on and off but there is no noted compression.
