WORKS GREAT FOR APPLYING SOLVENT BASED PRODUCTS
I used this stainless steel pump sprayer to apply FOUNDATION ARMOR 5 gallon AR350 solvent based paver sealer. It came with a brass fan spray tip fitting which is needed to apply sealer in an even pattern (which maximizes coverage). The sprayer has a pressure gauge and interior O rings that are chemical resistant. There was also a complete extra set of O rings. Worked well and was easily cleaned up with Acetone. Well built pumping mechanism was sturdy and secure. Brass relief valve to decompress tank before opening.Would recommend highly and would purchase again (even though this is built for a long life). Great customer service from FOUNDATION ARMOR.

Great Stainless Sprayer -Made the job easy
I'm very happy with this. I used the sprayer to seal my 1400 sq ft brushed concrete pool patio. It worked great, and was not heavy. I used the installed nozzle on fine with their sx5000wb. Pump worked great, and applied sealer in a circular motion. Really liked the pressure gauge and strap. Came with extra seals too. Wish I had it when I sealed my patio previously. Other box store sprayers I used pooled, causing me to have to broom it out. This one didn't. It will last me a long time and I like that I can just wash it out and reuse it.

Worked well with lacquer based sealant
I used this sprayer with lacquer based sealant on concrete pavers. First thing I did was read the instructions and change the pump O-ring to one of the two provided Viton O-rings. These O-rings are recommended when using solvent based liquids. The sprayer worked flawlessly. My first project was to correct a foggy over spray on 600 sq. ft. of concrete pavers caused by using an airless sprayer before having purchased this sprayer. I applied lacquer thinner with the spray nozzle in a circular overlapping motion keeping the pressure between 25 - 35 psi. The spray nozzle put out an even spray with no ponding. This restored the sheen to the pavers and made me happy. My second project was to spray the remaining 400 sq. ft. of pavers with the lacquer based sealant. Again spraying in a circular overlapping motion at 25 - 35 psi, the sealant laid down without over spray. Although the sprayer is expensive, it did the job that my airless couldn't. Having the right tool for the job made all the difference.

Looks like a sprayer, not made in the USA
Foundation Armor advertises that this is made in the USA. It showed up today in a cheap cardboard box which is a bad sign as far as country of origin. After opening it up and looking for “made in” info, I found nothing. The build quality isn’t great, thin stainless, poor spot welds, janky fitting parts and just generally cheap. I tested the sprayer with water and the nozzle doesn’t spray evenly regardless of adjustment. I called the company and their customer service is exceptional, but they couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me where the sprayer was made and immediately wanted to set up a return RMA. They also said that all of their water based sealants can be applied with a cheap $15 sprayer from a local big-box store. This is clearly a cheap generic part, not developed or manufactured by this company, not worth the premium price.

Solid Sprayer!
I used the sprayer with the SX5000. Only complaint was no instructional video when I bought it. I called the tech support number and got immediate assistance. Foundation Armor now has videos which show how to set it up with appropriate O-ring and nozzle.

Literally junk using its own products
Worked great for a large driveway using FA sealer as instructed. Cleaned it out immediately after use and the next time I use it the pump handle don't work. Cannot use. Waste of $$$!!!

Fantastic Modern Concrete Sealant Sprayer
We use this sprayer multiple times a week in an industrial manufacturing setting. Our company is extremely rough on this type of equipment, and we need it to work consistently. We tried multiple different brands before we found this one. The other brand sprayers that we used claimed to be solvent resistant but they still only lasted for a few uses before becoming unusable. Added benefit of this sprayer is the price point, but for how much product we put through it price point is not particularly relevant for us.The newer "hybrid reactive" concrete sealers (siloxane infused acrylic sealers like DecoGuard and Amour AX25) require some seriously tough sprayers to hold up to the carrier solvents they use. These concrete sealants themselves have come a long way from the old days, and for sure produce a better finished product than ever before. If you have not used one of these new hybrid sealers and you are in the concrete industry you are missing out. You just need to make sure you buy the right sprayer for the job.I can confidently say that this sprayer is the right sprayer for the job.

Pressure gauge lens totally fogged
Overall it’s a decent sprayer with all kinds of features you expect from something high end like different types of o rings. The pressure gauge, however, is cheap plastic and becomes unreadable the moment solvent based stain touches it.Nice, but not the value you are paying for…
