We are delighted by this chair. It’s a great value and has helped us add relaxation to our daily routine.

It is a lot smaller in person than some of the older massage chairs. So the floorspace that it takes up is less, which is nice. I wasn't aware that 'zero gravity' had 'levels'. This one barely exceeds a basic recliner elevation. I wanted my legs/feet over my head, and this isn't going to do that. It has 3 preset 'zero gravity' settings, which is fine, but the zero gravity was the reason I purchased this. SUPER bummed about that. It has rollerball and airbag massage, which is nice. But the rollerball setting/activity for upper back/neck leaves A LOT to be desired. It was easy enough to asseble, but somewhat difficult to get carried up stairs. It comes with a blanket which is a cute little bonus. The heat option is nice. After my second use, I'm finding it exceedingly uncomfortable. The massagers stick out into my back and pelvis. When I'm lying down, the pillow is stiff, uncomfortable and too much.

Very easy to assemble. So relaxing to use. Footrest is unstable and has fallen off twice. Easy enough to put back on, but should be addressed in the design process.

I use lot of massage therapist. Using this reduced my bi-weekly routine to once a month. Get my money back in a year.

Item is defected. After 6 months massage was inefficient and groaning and creaking constantly. Unable to use due to noise. Would not recommend.

The Massage Chair was delivered to my door in a very large box within just a few days of ordering….it comes almost fully assembled (only the footrest needs to be attached….which is a breeze) and the chair is very well built and also HEAVY (it has wheels that make it super easy to move once you have it out of the box). It’s also plenty large for me 6’-1”/220lbs and thankfully functions just as well as the chairs at Planet Fitness (which is why I kept my membership and what made me seek out my own massage chair). I saw some reviews complaining about how you couldn’t see the controller pad….(mine is completely “back-lit”) or that there was no way to turn off the annoying talking controller…..(I was able to MUTE mine with no problem)!! I didn’t notice till I got out of the chair to take a picture, but it has a pretty cool blue light effect as well. I have only had the chair for a few hours, but it is DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!
